I don’t know if I’m the only one who is getting overwhelmed by all this social networking. I started with Facebook for personal use – which I enjoy (that actually surprised me). In order to learn how I have a Facebook page for my business. I have this website as a blog now – to test out that concept – a site almost totally in wordpress.
I then created a twitter account in order to learn what that really is – as it’s all the rage now (maybe 140 characters or less matches our attention spans). I also have a Linkedin account that I connected to this blog and joined a few groups. I created a ping.fm account to link these blog posts to both Facebook and Twitter. And I was also in the Steven Covey Community online tonight trying to figure out what value that would have.
Do you think that’s enough? Oh, and I’m using Tweetdeck to try to manage reading all of the updates from Twitter and Facebook. I just realized I have like 12 tabs open in this Firefox session and a few in another one – I wonder how many is too much?
