Try ping.fm - this is a free service that will let you post to multiple services at the same time. I post an article to my website - which is a wordpress blog. This then goes to ping.fm which posts to my Facebook Page and Twitter. If you write directly to a facebook page you can post to Twitter - as that's a Facebook option.

I have recently added a business page for my business, search for Jolly Good Productions. I would like to be able to link it to other applications so that I can automatically update my Facebook business page without having to write articles and updates specifically for it ( sharing saves time )It seems that Facebook want everything directing at Facebook and they don't make it easy to update from external sources. Still, its free so its probably worth the extra time.
