Sometimes it’s very difficult to balance your needs vs. that of your client.  For anyone in small business you know there is never enough time to do everything you want/need to do.  It’s a hard choice sometimes between continuing to work on their stuff vs. stopping to take some time for your own stuff.  In fact as I write this I had to pull away from working on a client’s website – as I still had another task to do for them (even though I worked on things last night and today for them).
